Sterling Spoon with 4 markings, help identify!

wondering who the maker is, the date,
or country of origin..thanks

looks like *w*v*i* except the asterisk is a filled in dot spacing the letters.

the one at the bottom, is a circle with a capital "A" at the top.

Hallmarks on this dutch spoon

The first mark is a lion passant to the right for coin silver 833/1000.
The second is .w.v.1. the mark of W Voet & zn a silversmith in Haarlem, The Netherlands. 1918 - 1943
The third is a L a yearletter for 1921
