Help with reading mark

I have n old Dutch repoussé serving spoon and fork with windmills at the tip can anyone help me date and read the marks. I see a lion with a number 2 under it and letter C to the right just above the tines. Thank you in advance for looking.

For the Dutch hallmarks, the lion above 2 and the year letters

Lion passant above 2: standard mark silver .833 fineness (1814-1953)
Year letter C for 1912
