Hi, I believe the marks to be Dutch pseudo marks, used province of Groningen. See the red booklet "Valse Zilvermerken in Nederland " by K.A. Citroen # 218 LM conjoined pseudo maker's mark of Groninger silversmith Lambert Muntick (1610) and # 431 pseudo maker's mark. Silver purity probably around 833/000, if possible have it tested.
See pseudo marks Groningen, Gebr. Roelfsema:

Thanks for your assistance.
With these not having as much markings on them as the example in the link you posted, how does one tell the age?
Would the fact there is no other markings as in date letters etc make these older?

We can not tell exact age. Apostle spoons and forks are popular and still made today. Guesstimate, if made by Gebr. Roelfsema, turn of the 19th century.
Peter.
