I bought this spoon few month ago in France at auction sales.
After looking on the forum, I still can't find what are these marks.
One seems to be "B2V*".

B2V* maker' mark of J.M. Visser ( Bijkamp & Co. c.v.), registered in the city of Steenwijk between 1946/1975

Google search:  J. M. Visser (Bijkamp & Co. c.v.) and you will find plenty more of their silver items, sold at auctions.
