Who is the maker of this Dutch set

Could you help me please to identify the maker of this set?

I see it is the 1922 year.
HH - it is maker, I found a maker Hooijkaas, but it worked after 1946
How is this possible? or am I wrong somewhere

*H.H* in rectangle with cut corners H. Hooijkaas b.v. Schoonhovense Zilverfabriek mark used 1946-2008.
I believe it to be year letter M for 1947, export key, import mark Sweden.
