Hanoverian tablespoon help....

I wonder if anyone can help with identification of this spoon. It’s outside my knowledge of marks. Would love to know maker, date and where it comes from.

The town mark of 's - Hertogenbosch, the Wilde Man with a bat over his shoulder. Maker's mark HS seen with or without a Crown for: Hubertus Sassen, registered in 's - Hertogenbosch 1778- 1811. Year letter Crowned M for 1785-1786
