Dutch Spoon 18e century

I have a Dutch spoon but I can not figure out all the hallmarks.
Can somebody read these hallmarks?

Hi,
Looking at the marks, I believe, going by the large crown, the type of shield, it could be a town mark or year letter (1761?).



Maker's mark a tree(?) or other way round NW(?) under ? and bellow the Holland duty free mark of 1807. The hatchet is a later duty mark used 1853-1927
Lion rampant under crown Belgian or Dutch?

I am not sure. The search goes on.

Like you I think the top one is the Citymark, looks like SI in a crowned shield.
And I allso think the bottom one is the Makersmark, from this angle my first impression is NW with a angel or something beneath.

I can not link the Marks to a City or a Silversmith.. may be you can tell me more from this image?

Finally I think we know where we looking at. My first impression turned out to be correct the spoon is Belgian.
Subject to reservation.
Probably not a lion under a crown but under a fire striker for the Belgian city of Namur/Namen; The ancestral hallmark, given in 1440 by Philippe the Good, shows the Namur Lion beneath a Burgundian Fire striker.

The maker's mark

NW above a symbol (a leaf?): A variant of the master mark of Nicolas Joseph Wodon, of which three variants are already known, or the maker's mark of another master?
