Please clean the maker's mark and show us a clear enhanced, embedded image . Perhaps we can identify the silversmith.

The maker 's mark could read: S2V for: S.I. Vet & Zonen (Sons), registered in the cities of Zaandam and Amsterdam, 1917- 1943. This particular mark used 1927/1943.
