The sword mark and export key, wrongly struck, the key should have been struck under 90 degrees angle attached to the sword mark.
The maker's mark H13 re-struck;
H 13; Herbert Hooijkaas, Schoonhoven, mark used 1875/1883. Also seen H13. mark used 1883/1909 and H.13 mark used 1875/1909
