Hi Biju, welcome to the forum.
Indeed little Dutch pitcher. I believe the maker's mark could read AB
for: Ate de Groot Boersma Gz., registered in the city of Sneek province of Friesland, 1866-1909 and this particular mark registered 1875-1909. Regarding year could be a "smudged" K for 1894, not sure. Dutch Lion passant 2 with export key, 2nd standard mark for silver 0.833, used 1814-1953.
For Dutch (hall)marks see:viewtopic.php?f=5&t=32028
