There is a nice pageantry spoon, marked on the front and on the back.
I think maybe Dutch or British Hallmarks.

Silver ornate spoon
Marked on front and the back, a show off of marks. The marks could be Dutch pseudo/fantasy marks, "look alike" to these marks are shown in the book; Valse Zilvermerken in Nederland K.A. Citroen.
Probably made turn 19th-early 20th century. For a little extra information about pseudo marks see:
