help with Dutch marks on apostle spoon?

Pseudo/fantasy/fake marks see:

MC pseudo maker's mark.
Two lions passant pseudo standard mark.
Single headed eagle pseudo city/town mark for Deventer.
To me it appears to be a copy of a copy of pseudo marks used around the turn of the 19th century. The spoon could have been made recently.
