Good day
I have this small dutch spoon with a Berlin bear. Any idea who the maker can be? It was made in 1968.

The maker's mark could read; *N10 for; Firma Gebr. Niekerk , registered in Schoonhoven till 1970

The Minerva head/assay office mark should have the regional assay office letter M for Schoonhoven.
