Hi Izik,

Your vase is made around the turn of 19th century. The marks are pseudo marks or imitation of 18th century Amsterdam town guild marks, you could say decorative marks. Please check for other proper Dutch (hall)marks which may be spread over the object. Could you please clean the little mark with the cut corners, right of the crowned 11 and show us an enhanced image. It might be a maker's mark.

Thre's another 3 marks on the top.
The dutch lion allmark and somthing look like the letter h.
Are you still thinking its pseudo hallmarks?
