Hi Vervene

Not Dutch as such, but made in Brussels, 18th century, Brussels town marks; Lion rampant and the head of St. Michiel. Maker’s mark GVE for: Guillielmus van Eesbeeck(?-1761), active in Brussels . At the moment I have no access to my files/library will get back to you next week. Most likely a sweet candy dish or bonbon dish.
Your last image shows the zig zag marks done by the assayer to check the silver content or silver standard

Hi Vervene,

Guillielmus or Wilhelm Van Eesbeeck became master in 1715-1716 and buried in 7-8-1761. The year letter or dekaanletter N crowned used 1727-30. Known maker of silver chocolate pots and sauce boats. During those days the silver standard was between 934-945/1000 (minimum)
