Hi Melissaw,
Believe we are looking at an openwork Dutch silver pastry serving scoop. The first image shows the maker’s mark an;
arrow point N10 in a rectangle with cut corners for:
Fa. Gebr. (Firm Bros) Niekerk or J. & J.G. Niekerk registered in the city of
Schoonhoven and this particular mark used 1944-1951. The 2nd mark shows the numeral silver fineness 833 or 83.3% pure silver. The third image from left to right; 2nd standard mark silver 833/1000 fineness, the lion passant with export key attached to indicate 2/3 duty restitution upon export, followed by the office mark or Minerva head with the regional assay office letter M in its helmet for assay office city of Schoonhoven, and the date letter which could be the J for 1945.
