18th Century Spoon, Amsterdam?

Can anyone help me identify the marks on this Dutch spoon?

Hi Miles,

Silver memorial spoon.
Amsterdam city mark, 12th alphabet, and year letter A for 1735. Only the crown is left of the lion rampant in a crowned shield, 1st standard provincial hallmark of Holland for silver 934/1000 fineness. The maker’s mark is too far gone for easy identification should leave it for a rainy day, if possible to identify. I assume the marks are on the left site of the bowl’s rat tail?

When holding the spoon with the bowl pointing downwards, the marks are on the left of the rat-tail.
Do you know what the lady is holding? It looks like a leaf and a feather.

The lady is holding an oak leaf and a palm branch or feather. Symbolic meaning, in the spirit of the 18th century, often referring to a biblical theme. The oak leaf and palm leaf (feather) symbolizing Hope for; Immortality and Eternal life symbolic of the victory over death and in Christ. To become and Angel of Truth. However opinions may vary.

I believe it to be a head, bust of a man for; Jan de Vries, registered silversmith in Amsterdam during 1710-1753, born in the year 1686 and died in the year 1753. Jan de Vries; small silver service maker and maker of cast spoons.

Maker's marks used by Jan de Vries /Amsterdamse Zilversmeden en hun merken, K.A. Citroen.
