hello ,i got a dutch silver ,but i have some questions , the maker mark like Zaanlandse Zilversmederijen n.v./b.v., Haarlem & Amsterdam mark used 1920/1990 .and the date mark is D ,it very like 1913 ,but 1938 is the D(italics

Great images!. It is the date letter D (fat vertical )for 1938 .
Minerva head, helmet with regional assay office letter A for Amsterdam.
