HELLO
I have this amazing napkin ring, it has hand hammered designs all around of various scenes.
It has 4 hallmarks, from what i understand it's Dutch & the lion denotes silver purity, the head facing right with the letter A is for Amstardam & the letter D is for 1910 ,i cannot identify the other mark which is slightly higher but i presume it's the makers mark. Am i right so far? can anyone identify the maker?
Please forgive me for putting up more pics than usual i just feel other might enjoy this splendid work.
Also, was all this work done just for a napkin rink or is there more to it? it measures 2 inches tall & 2 1/2 inches wide ,
Thanks in advance
