Brazier from Dordrecht ?

Hi - I have a large silver brazier with a copper insert, which I think may be from Dordrecht. Any help in confirming this and maybe identifying the age and maker would be much appreciated. The brazier is on 3 turned wooden feet and it has a detachable turned wooden handle. There is a detachable copper bowl, presumably for the hot coals. It is 275mm long from end of handle to far edge of the bowl and it is about 95 mm high. The marks are on the base of the bowl and consist of: 1: Crowned flower ? in a shield. 2: Crowned lion rampant in a shield. 3: Small o with crown above. 3: Makers mark GS above a shell or leaf, in a shield with scroll to top. 4: Date letter F. Many thanks John
