Image 1.) Silver sugar basket with (swing?) handle and normally with cobalt blue glass liner.
Image 2.) Minerva head or office mark rubbed and regional assay office letter gone.
Image 3.)The maker’s mark is too far gone for a positive id. Lion passant above '2' used 1814-1953 being; 2nd standard silver or 83.3% pure silver
Image 4.) looks to me the date letter; if you rotate your image 145 degrees to the right, the shape perhaps left over of the V for 1830
