Identify Dutch MakersMark

I have purchased silver tongs and cannot identify the Maker's Mark. I was told it was Dutch silver. From other posts I believe the other marks suggest:

Lion Passant mark w/2 is silver purity .833;
Minerva Head possibly contains letter 'B' (quite difficult to discern);
Dutch Dating Code 'E' suggests 1839.

But, I cannot identify the Maker's Mark.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi Glindell,

Welcome, you are right about the date letter, E for 1839. The makers’s mark; square with V above B G above a bell, for; the widow of Bernardus Gillis. The widow, she used a couple of various marks during the period of 1833-1859. City; ‘s-Hertogenbosch, which makes the letter in the Minerva head, the letter K.
