Ancien regime spoon?

Hi to the experts any thoughts on this spoon would be appreciated. I list it here as it has four crowned marks that I think may be from pre-revolutionary France, but early French marking systems are something of a mystery to me. It measures 20.5cm and weighs about 60 grams. It has a bowl that seems disproportionately large for the stem, an enormous drop, and a substantial up-turn at the end. The shaft of the spoon has a Hanoverian type ridge to it. The marks are clear, a crowned tree, the second I can't decipher, a crowned n and a crowned o. I have included a picture of the monogram in case that helps. Many thanks Frank
