Hi Bert,
Welcome to the forum.
A bad punch but looking at the shape of the mark, stretched bullet nosed with the letter H followed by a fat kind of asterisk inside this mark? If so it might be for Jacobus Held Jr, registered in Amsterdam during 1890/1922
However I am not 100% convinced.
