2 small spoons

Hello, first of all on this wonderful forum, i have been lurking a long time but finally became a member!
I found these two spoons recently and i cant find the maker! I hope you guys can help:

Welcome to the forum.Sword mark for 833 fineness used 1906- 1953 and maker’s mark PH) in a lozenge for P. Heerens, date used 1902/1941, registered in the Dutch city of Schoonhoven.
