Read: Hallmarking points D & E and F. I believe I can see a makers’ mark but the photo is not clear enough to read the initials. Please use a camera with macro function to enhance the maker’s mark and perhaps we can tell you more about its maker.
Regarding maker’s mark could it read WS4 in a rectangle? If so it is for: Widow of Hendricus Antonius van der Sande or (Arnolda Daams) mark used 1878-1879, located in the Dutch city; Gestel
