Dutch Silversmith Maker Mystery

Postby pradim » Fri Nov 19, 2010 4:08 pm

Hi all. I have recently come into possession of 3 silver spoons from the same dutch company. They all have the makers mark "AL" next to an open bracket on its side with a dot above it (looking like a dish). This stamp is hexagonal in shape, see below...

I can't find this makers mark anywhere. Can you help me or direct me to the best list of Dutch silver makers? Also, the far right symbol is a small "i". I assume this denotes the year of manufacture. Can you help me with that also as google is a bit sparce when it comes to all things Dutch.

Thanks in advance.
