Caddy Spoon - help with marks

Can someone please help me to identify the "leg" mark - is this a psuedo mark? And also what I assume to be the makers mark ...A H? and something. I have tried various sites but to no avail. I think the crowned "o" is a tax mark?

Hi,

If the maker's marks is AH above 1, it is for Alle de Haas or Fa. A de Haas, date 1877-1966, city: Sneek.
Your crowned O has the wrong shape to be a duty mark. I believe the marks to be pseudo marks.
