dutch silver spoon makers mark?

Please can some one out there help me identify the makers mark. Everything else I have deciphered but I don't know where to start on the makers mark..it looks so distinct yet I can't see a figure number or shape to even start me on my various searches on the internet.

Hi,
You could try to clean the maker's mark with polish and toothbrush, after clean it with hot soap water and toothbrush, then make an other photo of the mark. Perhaps someone will be able to identify the maker's mark.
