18th? century Spoon

This spoon is 3 1/2 inches tall - the bowl is 2 inches in diameter.
I have no idea what the hall marks are, at all.
Or what the spoon is for/commemorates etc.
Any help gratefully received.
It has marks on the back and front.

I think it is Dutch 19. Century.

It is Dutch cream spoon, made in the second half of the 19th century. The first mark is a dolphin, indicating a Dutch silver object whose silver content wasn't indicated, as well as a key indicating that the object was marked for export. The second mark is the maker's mark; unfortunately the maker's mark is difficult to read. The final set of marks includes a fake mark of a stork (the city mark of The Hague used until about 1800).
