Hi Stecci,

I believe it could be maker's mark 'JH 185' for Jan Bonnes Hoogmei, located in the city of Leeuwarden and registered from 1847-1860. I am not 100% sure so please check the two letters and the number.

On the back of the spoon the 'sword' mark with export key. 'Sword' standard mark for small work .833 fineness, export key mark to indicate 2/3 marking duty restitution upon export.
