dutch silver marking spoons

I have a set of spoons 2 holland 12 province spoons with markings on back. What do these mean? And refer to the silver content? What would it be?

The spoons are produced by A. & B. A. Meijer in Schoonhoven. The letter "M" on the MinervaÂ´s helmet is the assay office of Schoonhoven.
I can not read the year letter. The silver standard was 833/1000 until 1953 and after 835/1000.

Hi,

The roman II indicates that it was assayed after Sept. 1953.
The dateletter is probably the i of 1968 or the l of 1971.
