Old Knife

I'm hoping not to bring down the wrath of you silver masters by posting here, but I've hit a dead end and could really use some help. I've looked through the site for days but can't find this mark. I chose this Dutch forum because the mark resembles the Dutch B date mark from 1901.

I got this old knife at a church yard sale and for some reason I think it's really neat and interesting. I want to know more about it. My imagination is running wild thinking about how old it is and who might have owned it. Please, if anyone is interested, tell me your thoughts.
