Need help with makers mark Please

Hi Everyone,I am new to this forum and need some help identifying the marks on a crocodile and silver card case I bought recently.
I think its American but the marks are a bit of a mystery to me.
The makers mark is S&Co
Any help would be appreciated,

This is a Birmingham import mark for 1905.
S&Co will most likely be the importer; can we see a photo of the mark?
