Can you identify the maker, date for this napkin ring

Hi, I need help identifying the maker & date for the napkin ring pictured. I thought that it might be Colin Cheshire Birmingham 1891. If you can help me I really appreciate it. I am new to this site, but I can see how valuable it will be in the future. Thanks in advance for all the help.
