Help needed with makers mark..

New to this so don't know if i posted correctly. I have a pendant type badge. using the charts on the site i know it is Birmingham 1913, but i cannot identify the makers mark, has anyone any ideas.... Thanks.

William J. Dingley working in the 1st q. 20th century. I've seen 3 or 4 fobs with the mark, would guess that small items were a specialty.

Thanks for that , much appreciated. Been in the family for years and i only noticed the hallmarks last week as never really took much notice before......
