English Sterling Bell ~ Please Help Identify Maker ~ BB/SLO?

This English Sterling Bell has hallmarks that appear to indicate Birmingham 1922? but I cannot find any info on the manufacturer so any help is appreciated in identifying it. Thank You

This is 1947 by Barker Borthers Ltd.
