Hand Held Mirror Marks

Hello - If I may please have an assist deciphering these marks I would be most grateful. The Hallmarks are:
the number 6 followed my a makers mark(?) which I cannot make out. Then an Anchor, a Lion, and a bold capitol letter V.
I believe this to be Birmigham sterling but am unsure of any of the other marks. Many thanks.
