SILVER KEY NEED YEAR AND MAKER

Hi all just got a silver key been to the hallmarks page as it is marked pr anchor and a lion and the letter v so the makers name is pr and I am not sure what year the v denotes, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would appear to be 1895-6 but no idea who the maker is. Best wishes, Mike.

Thanks alot mike I thought that but didt know whether there was a simaler v after 1924 as I have no reference only here maybe someone will regonise the makers mark again many thanks indeed.
