I would like to ask you if anybody know, who could be manufacturer of seal. There is no mark of makers.

Hi Jan,

There would have been a maker's mark applied, it was compulsory to have one before an item could be submitted for assay, perhaps it was likely stuck and has been polished away.

Like your match striker, your only chance of finding the likely maker is to find a comparable example with the mark intact.
