Who might be the maker of this cup hallmarked Birmingham 1972 R.D.E?

Did a bit of googling on the mark and I think the maker may be Rupert Donald East.

Correct. Now i see on the silvermakers site that he had this mark in London & found from 1971-1983, so we now know he hallmarked in Birmingham too.
