Pen/pencil in the shape of an oar..maker please.

Could someone please identify the maker of a pen/pencil which is designed like an oar (rowing) The blade end in Birmingham silver 1903-4 and the maker is T.H.V. Can be seen at this website.

Dear Mike

Your maker is Thomas H Vale a pencil case maker originally registered in Birmingham in 1899. Unfortunately I've been unable to find any other information on him
