Hi...This is the first time I am on this forum. I was hoping someone could help me identify some silver objects I have. I have a Grooming Set with various pieces, including nail buff, hand mirror, hairbrush, etc. They all have Duty, City and Date marks, Sterling and an identifying number (such as 45/4D). I think the numbers indicate the pattern and the item number (any help with this would be greatly appreciated). There is no Maker's Mark, but off to the right of the Marks is either a tiny stamped spoon or a tiny stamped horn. I think these are not the maker's mark, but may be the individual craftsman. I was hoping to get help in confirming or correcting my conclusions and also help in identifying the Silversmith. Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to give me. Thanks!
