Unknown Birmingham maker with initials IM

Hello all. I have 8 decanter labels that I bought at a recent show.
All are with Birmingham hallmarks and each dated late 1970's.
All are marked with the initials I M
I cannot find any reference to identify the initials.
Please see the images of a 1979 one and if anybody can help it would be very much appreciated.
