This belonged to my mother's father and I have just inherited it and am interested in who made it. I have worked out that it was made in Birmingham in 1909 but am unsure of the Ltd and the numbers 2 and 9.

If you could help me I would really appreciate this as my mother always treasured this as a memory of her father and I would like to pass the information on to my children.

I read the marks as Birmingham, 1913.
