maker ?

Hello,

This inkwell, assayed in Birmingham in 1921,has a maker I cannot trace. Looks like the maker's mark reads "WB and on the second line LT".Can anyone help ?

The Maker of your piece is Williams (B'ham) Ltd. WB over L followed by a superscript D.
