Can anyone please help me identify exactly what the item is, style and specifics on the design, maker, date when made, origin?

Any help would be much appreciated.

With all of the items I have listed, I have done my own preliminary research to some avail, but would like some expert , experienced opinions especially in relation to dates.

You have what appears to be a very good quality scent bottle made by John Grinsell and Sons of Victoria Works, St Georges, Birmingham in 1888/9.
