1928, a cobalt glass and sterling sil. sugar bowl: Maker?

Hi, i need help to know who belongs the maker's mark described in the picture: the sugar bowl's other marks might be Birmingham, .925, 1928. Thank you!

Hi,

That's one of the marks that were used by Barker Brothers.

hi dognose i appreciate your fast reply and your answer. regarding my question, i've to say that i was a bit confused by the fact that i searched an rb instead of a bb, because of a non well marked b that appears like an r (check the picture..). Sometimes this may happen... Warmest regards!
