maker's mark B&Co Please help to identify

Hello there,

And Yes ! Here is another inkwell for which I try to find who the maker can be. The hallmarks are :
A rectangle written FILLED
An Oval written B&Co
Then anchor, lion and letter V
I have found it was assayed in Birmingham in 1995.
