Help with maker FB&Co

Hi all,
I have this small porringer/bowl Birmingham 1904 but I'm stumped with the maker. I thought at first it was a variant of Fenton Brothers but I'm now pretty sure it's not them. Any help in identifying the maker would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
The mark on your sugar bowl was registered to F. Boyton & Co. in London 1904. It would seem that they also registered it in Birmingham.

Thanks for that. I had already checked with the birmingham Assay Office but came up with nothing so double thanks.

I don't suppose you happen to know if F Boyton was part of the Charles Boyton family/dynasty?

Frederick William Boyton was the Grandson of Charles Boyton. He obtained his Freedom in 1891 and worked for his father, Charles (No.2) until 1904 when he entered his own mark. His workshop was at 47, Hatton Garden and he was in business until c.1910.
